This is an excellent piece of equipment . The only thing i bought when the Gyms were closed that I will continue to use.

Brilliant piece of equipment

I am really pleased with my thane twist and shape.
Already noticed a difference in my body shape.
Just a teeny tiny problem though.
One of the handles becomes loose everytime I do a workout. I have to tighten it back up.

Absolutely brilliant it’s very easy to use never been of it

It’s great, not too big and foldable. I use it every day and enjoy it. I have arthritis in my feet so can’t stay on it long but try and use frequent bursts and that works for me.
Hopefully I see the benefits.

I used to be a gym member before lockdown and really missed my classess. I bought a twist and shape machine because it gives you both a cardiac and toning workout. I absolutely love my machine, it's easy and fun to use, you don't need loads of space to use it and it is keeping me motivated.

I think it is brilliant easy way to add to a keep fit plan and fun to use
