So very easy to put it together My son did it alone. This is amazing the machine is effortless for exercise I love it and so does my boy, we haven’t done the dvd but will at the weekend and have some fun with that too

Really good, easy to assemble and easy to use. Can be a little squeaky at times and the large bolts holding the upright section need to be retightened from time to time. Overall, a good purchase!
